Academic Institutions
College presidents and all other academic administrators are invited to nominate and support students to participate in The Campaign 2008 Presidential Academic Seminar Series. A total of 250 out of 400 positions have been allocated for students nominated and supported in this way. We strongly encourage institutions who wish to nominate and support students submit the Intent to Nominate Form prior to June 2, 2008, as space is limited. To learn more about the nominations process, please see the “Intent to Nominate” section of this site. If your institution is interested in nominating students, please complete and submit the Intent to Nominate Form. For questions, please contact us at C2008@twc.edu .
Non-Academic Organizations & Individuals

Non-academic organizations include trade and professional associations, embassies, chambers of commerce, corporations, labor unions, fraternal and civic organizations. We encourage these groups or individuals to provide scholarship support for the students they nominate, although this is not a requirement for nomination. If you or your organization is interested in nominating students, please complete and submit the Organization Intent to Nominate Form. For questions, please contact us at C2008@twc.edu .
Intent To Nominate

Student Nominations
Once you have submitted either of the Intent to Nominate Forms, please complete the Student Nomination Form listing each of the nominated students' names and contact information. We will then notify each student and provide them with application information. The deadline for the Student Nomination form is June 2, 2008. For questions, please contact us at C2008@twc.edu .
-
We encourage the nomination of students who will return to campus the following semester and convey their experience to their fellow students.
- For the National Political Convention seminars, students do not need to be affiliated with a particular party to appreciate the experience of the seminar. Students are placed in both partisan and nonpartisan placements for their individual fieldwork assignments.
- We encourage the consideration of diversity in your selection process.
